1. Product Introduction
The granular sodium humate produced by our company is extracted from high-quality weathered coal, and the raw materials of sodium humate granules type I are taken from the own weathered coal mine in Fukang area, Xinjiang, and the preparation process is to first crush the weathered coal, stir and react with NaOH solution to generate sodium humate solution; After 48 h of two-stage precipitation and slag removal, the sodium humate clear liquid was concentrated and transported to the drying field, where it was naturally air-dried and turned over to evaporate the water to form crystal granulars. The granulars are screened into large granulars (1.5-2.5mm) and small granulars (0.5-1.5mm) of sodium humate, and granulars of different sizes can also be screened according to customer requirements to meet customer needs. This product has a black appearance, good gloss, soluble in water, granular, not treated at high temperature, fully retains the active ingredient of humic acid, and is easy to sprinkle, suitable for slow release, and has a wide range of uses.

3. Use
Sodium humate can be called the "doctor of the black soil". It reduces the activity of heavy metals by adsorbing harmful ions (such as aluminum ions and manganese ions) in the soil, while adjusting soil pH, enhancing soil aggregate structure, improving water and fertilizer retention capacity, alleviating saline-alkali land problems, and promoting crop root growth.
Improve acidic soil: The recommended dosage is 1500-3000kg of sodium humate powder per hectare (preferably 2250kg). Applying soil 10 days before sowing crops and mixing them can increase soil pH, reduce the availability of heavy metals (such as cadmium), promote soil improvement, promote crop growth and development, and then increase crop yield.
Improve alkaline/saline-alkali soil: Use sodium humate to neutralize alkaline substances, promote the formation of aggregate structure, and reduce salt content. Dosage: Can be used in combination with other amendments (such as gypsum), and the specific amount of sodium humate needs to be adjusted according to the soil ESP (exchange sodium percentage), usually 750-2250kg per hectare (light to moderate saline-alkali land). Cooperative measures: After application, water needs to be rinsed to discharge sodium ions.
In crop growth: Sodium humate regulates hormone balance and promotes root development by stimulating the synthesis of endogenous hormones in plants. In addition, it enhances crop stress resistance.
(1) Base fertilizer: 600-900kg/ha, sodium humate is applied in a hole or furrow, watered and absorbed with water, and the effect is more obvious.
(2) Top dressing: 150-600kg/ha, solution pouring or application with water, suitable for replenishing organic matter during the critical period of crop growth.
(3) Treatment Seeds: Soaking seeds: soaking with 0.05%-0.5% concentration solution for 5-24 hours (rice and cotton take 24 hours), which can improve the water absorption and germination rate of seeds
Seed mixing: Directly mix sodium humate powder with seeds, suitable for crops that need to emerge quickly.
(4) Foliar spraying: concentration: use 0.05%-0.1% solution to avoid high concentration of leaf burning, timing: spray 2-3 times after crop flowering to the early stage of filling of grain, focusing on covering the front and back of the leaves
Precautions: When spraying, use fully water-soluble sodium humate granular.
